You don’t have to wait for the full dataset to begin improving. Our education series is designed to deliver value from day one — starting with informational webinars and deepening into hands-on workshops once your benchmark reports are in hand.
How the Education Series Works
May through August. Six 60-minute live webinars covering key departments and benchmarking concepts. These sessions build your team's fluency in the metrics before reports arrive.
October through December. Three 90-minute facilitated workshops that put your benchmark data to work with report walkthroughs, action planning, and peer exchange.

Informational Webinars
May – AugustLive, expert-led sessions that prepare your leadership team for the benchmark data. Each webinar is recorded and available on-demand for enrollees who cannot attend live. Webinars subject to change based on Collaborative member feedback.
